Ten Elements to Integrate with Daily Experience

Developing the right mind-set can carry you beyond what you think you are capable of. Life will bring us good times and bad times. Both the good and the bad times will provide us an opportunity for personal growth in our life. The way we perceive what is happening in each situation will determine the amount of personal growth the situation can provide.

A positive attitude and self-care actions that drive you in the pursuit of personal fulfillment will give you the strength to by pass any obstacle of distractions and focus on your outcome, your results you want to see happen in your life. I have found the following Ten Elements, practiced overtime, have helped me to develop the right mind-set and achieve my Uber Self.

Awareness

First, we need to have Awareness in our life that is showing us or telling us or even nagging at us that we need a change. If the word change is actually holding you back from moving forward in your life, consider using Self Improvement.

Acceptance

Awareness can help us with Acceptance to the idea of change and Self Improvements. How do we fully Accept that we can make a change or a Self Improvement? We can accept the way things are, for right now; remembering that nothing is permanent. We do this through accepting our selves through Self Love by making Self Care and Self Nurturing positive healthy habits in our life. When we FEEL our Best, We tend to THINK our Best and we can then BE our best and provide our best gifts and strengths to others and live our life purpose. Being in optimal balance can also help turn thoughts that are confusing into clarity – when we FEEL our Best we tend to THINK our best and DO our best and so whatever choices we make, we have a better chance at moving forward with a positive attitude.

Willingness

Once we have become Aware of a change we want to make in our life and fully Accept that a change needs to be made, we can now go within and ask ourselves where are we right now, in our life –do we want to stay in the same old repetitive patterns we are so comfortable with but they are no longer showing much result or are we at a place in our life where we can become humble and be open and allow ourselves to evolve by learning something new that can help us see fresh results? If your answer is a true “yes” then you have arrived at a Willingness to grow. Willingness is allowing yourself to experience self-growth and personal development. True Willingness is all about you, that it is your idea to make a change, for yourself first. Willingness offers you a choice to make and for lasting results, it needs to be YOUR choice.

Desire

Willingness creates a strong Desire to become curious to life, to become more in tune with yourself and a Desire to develop a “knowing” that there is a higher level for you to live your life at. Desire offers seeking out, requesting for strength and courage to help you reach your goal.

Discipline

Knowing you hold the Willingness and Desire within you, you now need to use Disciplineto get there. Discipline is needed and is not always easy, especially when trying to let go of daily habits that don’t serve your highest self such as too much sugar in your diet or not getting enough daily exercise, drinking too much, or working too much. Maybe you are just not allowing enough time for yourself? It can help to have a supportive friend to call or hire a personal trainer or a lifestyle coach that you will be accountable to. Often, it can help to have a new, fresh perspective on Discipline and see Disciple as Self-Love. You are then able to be “disciplined” because you love yourself enough to see the results you would like to see in your life.

Commitment

When you realize you can handle being more Disciplined then you certainly canCommit to whatever it takes to reach your goal and get to this higher level that you just knowis waiting for you to discover. Commit to sticking with your lifestyle choices. Creating a personal agreement or vision statement can help motivate you to stay committed and be successful with your choices and goals in life.

Arranging for Success

You’ve made the Commitment –congratulations! (Well, almost). Now, it is crucial that you come up with a solution, a plan on how you will get there. This means Arranging for Success.  Arranging for Success means creating a solution. What action steps can you take each day, big or small, that will keep you moving toward seeing more of what you want in your life and not away from what you want to see more of in your life?

Monitor Your Actions

Once your plan is created the next element called Arranging for Success isMonitoring Your Actions. Ah-ha! Yes, you will have to watch out for yourself and become much, much more in tune, with what you are doing right each day and what you are doing wrong each day, that is either assisting in moving you forward or is holding you back, from becoming your Uber Self. You will see results by monitoring your actions through accountability –you’ll be quite surprised at what some of the small changes can make in your life and totally amazed at how even larger changes really can impact your quality of life.

Balance in Life/Happiness

Once you have Arranged for Success and have started to practice Monitoring your Actions, living a life in Balance is necessary for Happiness to be in your life. Living with inner awareness and appreciating how those simple things in life, like watching a sunset, can bring contentment and simplicity to life. Recognize that when you are in balance and harmony with all life’s situations and those around you, you can trust that everything is the way it is meant to be. Reminding yourself that where you are, today, right now on your journey, is just where you are meant to be.

These mind-set elements are effective and powerful because they allow a positive focus on life and offer a better quality of life, more fulfillment, abundance and success. Practice these mind-set elements and integrate them into your daily life and notice how you will begin to be observe rather than react to situations, challenges and obstacles. You will experience more enlightening moments and feel empowered within to face whatever life has in store for you.
